The packaging was a bit damaged but the product was fine.

Looks cheap but you get what you pay for.lol
They seem promising

The package came extremely damaged but everything inside was in mint condition

Nice

Haven't used it yet, but items seem to be in good condition! The box was a little mangled though lol

The clippers themselves are okay. They aren’t as quiet as the listing would have you believe but they cut. I didn’t need to communicate with the store so i’ll just give them 5 stars. The shipping and delivery was so dumb. I was home all day when i tracked my order and it said “out for delivery”. I don’t have a gate in front of my house, i don’t live in a gated community. When the delivery date came and went and i still didn’t have my package, i tracked my order and it said that there was a problem with delivery: ‘the recipient wasn’t available to receive the parcel’ or something ridiculous like that. Nobody came that day. I have a camera in front of my house. I was home all day. There wasn’t even a requirement on my order for me to be home! I even got an email from aliexpress recommending that i request a refund. I called cainiao and they told me they would “reattempt” the delivery in 1-2 business days, which they did. That was frustrating, thus the 1 star.
